Ashley Arganda

Ashley Arganda is the Director of Business Development & Marketing at Sullivan Law & Associates, where she leads the firm’s strategic growth initiatives and oversees the client intake experience.

Ashley works closely with firm leadership to strengthen the firm’s presence throughout Southern California, cultivating professional relationships, expanding referral partnerships, and developing modern marketing platforms that reflect the firm’s reputation for excellence in complex family law litigation. She also manages the firm’s intake systems to ensure prospective clients receive a seamless, professional, and responsive experience from their very first interaction.

A graduate of Westmont College with a B.A. in Business and Economics, Ashley combines analytical strategy with relationship-driven leadership. She is passionate about building systems that support both exceptional client service and long-term firm growth.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and hiking with her Chow–German Shepherd mix, Atlas.
